By accessing or using the VulcanCloud website (vulcancloud.com) or any managed services provided by VulcanCloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the site or our services. These terms apply to visitors, prospects, and contracted clients.

VulcanCloud provides managed cloud infrastructure services including Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS), managed virtual servers, and private cloud environments. Specific service terms, service levels, and responsibilities are governed by the individual Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) executed between VulcanCloud and each client. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls.
